All programs are subject to change. Please also check "Daily Updates" in our Vancouver Sun ads. No refunds or exchanges can be given, except in the case of a program cancellation or under the following circumstance:

Exchanges can be made for a $2.50 handling charge per ticket up to 7:00 pm the day before a ticket-holder's first screening. This can only be done through our Visa Advance Ticket Outlet.

Seeing two screenings in a row?

All patrons holding tickets for the next screening in the same auditorium will be allowed to stay in their seats if they choose. However, should you wish to exit the theatre for a time, we ask all ticket-holders to please remain in your seats until our staff have verified your tickets and made a count. If you wish to exit the theatre before the count is made you may be asked to rejoin the ticket line outside to regain entry.
