• All seminars take place at the Rogers Industry Centre located at the Vancouver International Film Centre, 1181 Seymour Street.

» Ticket/Pass Options

• Forum Pass is $275 until September 12 and $315 thereafter. It includes all Forum sessions on Sept. 24, 25 & 26 (excluding New Filmmakers' Day, Tete-a-tetes and Speed Dating), Forum parties and receptions.
• Doc Day Pass Sept.24, Film Day Pass Sept.25 or TV Day Pass Sept.26, can be purchased for $110 each per day. Individual day passes include all Forum sessions for that day. (excluding Tete-a-tetes and Speed Dating).
• Individual Forum sessions can be purchased for $35 per session.
  
• New Filmmakers' Day (NFD) Pass is $70 for the full day and includes reception afterwards.
• Individual NFD morning (2 sessions) or NFD afternoon (2 sessions) are also available at $40 each.
  
• All prices include GST.

» Payment Methods

• Cash/Visa/Cheque accepted. (No cheques accepted after September 5 or on-site).Cheques should be made payable to the Vancouver International Film Festival.
• Tickets may be purchased online from August 19 on the Forum purchase page
• All tickets and passes will be available to be picked up at the Rogers Industry Centre located at the Vancouver International Film Centre, 1181 Seymour Street, starting 8:00 am on Wednesday, September 24th.
• Please be advised that as of 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 23 the Forum Box Office has moved on-site. There will be no further web or visa transactions accepted on line. If you would like to purchase Forum tickets or passes you must come on-site to our Registration Desk at the Vancouver International Film Centre. Box office is open on Wednesday, September 24 from 8:00am – 5:00pm and will be open daily throughout The Forum.

» Onsite Registration & Ticket Sales

• The Forum registration and on-site ticket sales open at 8:00am on Wednesday, September 24 and will be open at 8:00am thereafter throughout the Forum.
• New Filmmakers' Day registration and on-site ticket sales open at 8:00 am on Saturday, September 27 and will be open throughout the Forum.

» Regulations

• Tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. The program is subject to change.
• On-site ticket sales are subject to availability. Some sessions have limited capacity and pre-registration is required.
• Individual tickets are limited and are subject to availability.
