The following year, Fraser was nominated for a Genie award in the category of writing.

In 2006, Fraser created, wrote, and produced Terminal City. The 10 hour television mini-series premiered on the Sundance Channel in March 2008 and garnered rave reviews. Awards include: six Leos, the DGC award for Best Directing, an ACTRA award for Best Lead Actress in a mini series, and a Gemini for Best Supporting Actor. The show continues to sell in all major territories.

In 2008, Fraser wrote and produced an hour long pilot for CBC/GRANADA/ITV Global called The Cult. It was directed by Kari Skogland and stars Henry Czerny and Torri Higginson. In 2009/10, Fraser was the “Showrunner in Residence” at the Canadian Film Centre. In 2010/11, he wrote two episodes of Combat Hospital (ABC/Shaw) and took a creative producer credit on 13 episodes.

Also that year, he founded Gang of 2 Productions with Jayme Pfahl. They currently have four projects in development. Most recently he wrote an episode of Rogue, which is shooting now and will air next year on DIRECT TV in the US, and HBO Canada in Canada. Fraser’s next project is a four mini-series about the Gucci Family being developed for Canal Plus, ITV Studios, HBO Canada, and Movie Central.
