Marty Yaskowich is Managing Director of Tribal DDB Vancouver. He is an experienced digital marketer and strategist with a strong 12-year track record. He stays close to new trends in digital, social and mobile innovation as the lead digital strategist for major clients such as the Canadian Tourism Commission, Tourism Kelowna, BC Hydro and BC Place. Now entering his seventh year with DDB Vancouver, Marty has also led integrated strategies for Telus Business Solutions and the BC Dairy Foundation as well as the development of some ofTribal’s largest web development projects.
Before joining Tribal in 2005, Marty managed e-Learning system development for DaimlerChrysler’s U.S. Product and Sales division as well as online and offline marketing programs for clients that included Starbucks, Amazon.ca and ADT Security Canada.
Marty is a graduate of the UBC Internet Marketing program, is a Certified Internet Marketing strategist and serves as an education chair for the BC Association of Integrated Marketers. He is a mentor in the Board of Trades Leaders of Tomorrow program and also teaches social media governance in UBC’s Continuing Studies program.
