The Vancity Theatre follows all City of Vancouver wheelchair accessibility codes. Our front entrance is at ground level with no steps, as are our main theatre entrances. Specially allocated space for 2-4 wheelchairs is provided (number depends on chair size). A disabled/family washroom is available at ground level. An elevators provides access to all other levels of the facility.
For the hearing impaired, up to 4 Ultra-Stereo infrared headsets (Model # IRH-501) can be provided per screening. Please ask the theatre manager upon arrival if you require this service.
