Reel Youth Film Festival

ALT | International Shorts | High School Outreach

The Reel Youth Film Festival pulls together a collection of short films from across the globe - all made by youth. Chosen by a youth selection panel, this collection shows you the world through the eyes of a gifted group of emerging filmmakers.

Most of the films we see are made by adults – so what happens when young people sit in the director’s chair? The world looks very different to young people from Iran, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, China, France and the Ukraine, and their perspectives give rare insight into the next generation of leaders, change-makers, and visual artists. This compelling collection is packed with humour, courage, and inspiration for viewers of all ages.
