VIFF celebrates cinema with audiences beyond Vancouver.
We are excited to partner with BC’s regional arthouse cinemas and community groups to share the power of exceptional cinema with creators and audiences across our beautiful province.
By expanding our festival province-wide we can deliver our programming directly to traditionally underserved audiences, remove barriers to entry for thousands of British Columbians, connect regional creators with filmmakers from around the world, amplify regional arthouse cinemas and kickstart excitement for in-person cultural events throughout the province.
In 2022, talks are underway for VIFF Pop-Up events in Surrey, West Vancouver, Terrace, Kelowna, Kamloops, and Nelson. Stay tuned for more details.
