Alicia Eisen

Alicia Eisen began her career as a stop motion animator in Toronto and has since had the pleasure of working at stop motion studios such as Starburns, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, Cinderbiter (Disney), and more.

Eisen’s first two independently produced films, Old Man (2016) and Deady Freddy (2019), have garnered international awards. In 2020, when the world locked down, Eisen co-directed the experimental mixed-media documentary Come to Your Senses using a completely remote workflow. Eisen is currently developing Old People Island, an interactive media project set in a geriatric utopia.
