Hung Chen is a Taiwanese director, screenwriter, and editor. He has a Master of Fine Arts in Filmmaking from the Department of Motion Pictures at the National Taiwan University of Arts. His short film Icarus (2019) was selected for the Taipei Film Festival. When the Wind Rises (2023) is his latest work.
