Goodbye Don Glees!

In the tradition of Stand By Me and The Sandlot, this is a tale of childhood friendship and misadventure. Teen misfits Roma, Toto, and Drop call themselves the “Don Glees,” an informal club. After the trio is falsely accused of causing a forest fire, they set off into the woods to locate a missing drone which would prove their innocence. Things go awry, but the expedition will cement their bond.

Director Atsuko Ishizuka follows up her critically acclaimed series A Place Further Than the Universe with her first original feature film. Goodbye, Don Glees! is a tender coming-of-age story about the fearlessness of being young and the bittersweet journey of self-discovery.
