MEDIA AND INFLUENCERS
Thank you for your interest in covering the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) on September 26 - October 11, 2019. Our media accreditation is now closed.
If you applied for accreditation, your status was advised in writing via email on or before SEPTEMBER 3, 2019. Once you receive notice of approval for your accreditation, you are considered as an official guest of the festival and will be expected to deliver on your stated coverage plan.
If you are a Publicist representing a film in the festival and will be actively pitching stories to media leading up to and during the festival, please contact email@example.com
to coordinate efforts with the Media Office and request a guest pass (if attending the festival).

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Photos and B-roll will be available to all accredited media by September 5, 2018. Access instructions will be included in your accreditation confirmation email, which will be sent on or before September 3, 2018.
Links to film trailers are available on the VIFF website. If you require video files of specific film trailers (for the purposes of embedding or B-roll), please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org
. Your request will be assessed by the programming team or film distributors.
If you are not accredited media but still wish to access photos and videos for your coverage, please contact email@example.com
explaining your intent of use for multimedia materials.
Media Database Additions
If you are applying for accreditation, you will have an opportunity to be added to our media database.
If you are a journalist or social media influencer who will NOT be applying for accreditation but still wish to receive VIFF updates, please fill out this FORM
