The Moab 240 is one of the longest, most demanding and most rewarding foot races in North America. Starting and finishing in Moab, Utah, the course is a mighty 240 mile (386 km) loop along the route of the Colorado River, across spectacular rock formations, through desert and over mountains, with a total elevation of 31,564 feet. Runners have up to 117 hours to complete the event. But for Canadian ultra runner and filmmaker Jeff Pelletier the target is much more demanding than that. With the help of cinematographer Derrick Lytle, Jeff chronicles the race in the fall of 2023, capturing what would turn out to be one of the most exciting finishes in the history of the Moab 240.
