Charles-François Asselin is a director from Quebec City with a bachelor’s degree in film studies from the University of Montreal. Through his films, he questions the different facets of cinema and the act of creation, using an approach that is as playful as it is reflective. His first short film, Cocotte Coulombe, Filmmaker, was selected for the 2025 Fantasia International Film Festival.
