Colby Barrios
Colby Barrios is a Venezuelan American writer and director based in Los Angeles. He is a 2024 Directing Fellow graduate from the AFI Conservatory and a 2024 Latino Film Institute Inclusion Fellow. Having produced over one hundred standup comedy specials, Barrios is interested in the comedic but also the questions that scare us the most. He is currently developing a handful of feature films that explore deep-seated fears, horrifying comedy, and strange character relationships.
