Bianca Rose Cheung
Bianca Rose Cheung is a queer filmmaker of Canadian and Hong Kong descent based in Vancouver. An emerging director, their short films and music videos blend surrealism, emotional depth, and offbeat humour, exploring themes of identity, memory, and connection. In addition to filmmaking, they are self-taught in 3D animation and experiment with analog film processing and thermal printing. Their grad film, My Dad is an Astronaut, is an official selection of the 2025 Vancouver International Film Festival.
