Shervin Kermani
Shervin Kermani is an Iranian–Canadian filmmaker whose previous short, Bibi’s Dog is Dead (2024), screened at five Oscar-qualifying festivals and won Best Performance in a Live Action Short at the 2025 Canadian Screen Awards. In 2024, Kermani was one of two Canadians selected for a film accelerator led by legendary director Werner Herzog, where he directed Ramón Who Speaks to Ghosts, which will have its world premiere at TIFF in 2025.
