Media Accreditation closes on August 24, 2026, at 11:59 pm PT.

Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review the information below.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• The 2026 Vancouver International Film Festival runs in person from October 1-11, 2026

• If multiple people from the same outlet or platform are applying, including a camera crew, each individual must submit their own application form. Please note that a unique email address is required per applicant—the same email address cannot be used across multiple submissions.

• Publicists wishing to access the red carpet and other events alongside their clients should also complete the accreditation form, so that an access pass can be issued.

• Once your application has been submitted, a confirmation notification will appear letting you know that the form was submitted successfully.

• Should your accreditation be approved, you will receive an email with all pertinent details no later than August 26, 2026.
