Solara Thanh-Bình Đặng
Solara Thanh-Bình Đặng (she/they) is a Vietnamese-Chinese writer and director. Her work is largely informed by the emotional experiences of women and she is currently most inspired by themes of nostalgia, violence, femininity, and failed romance. She is currently writing a short film and developing her debut feature film which will be a Vietnamese-Canadian production. Solara has her cat manager Mei Mei to thank for keeping her on top of deadlines.
