Emily Lawson
Emily Lawson is a Toronto-based, neurodiverse filmmaker whose work explores embodied storytelling. Her practice spans directing, writing, and performance to examine how emotion manifests through the body. She is currently in pre-production of Polycepolis, a movement-based exploration of neurodivergence and coupledom, as well as in pre-production of her debut feature Unicorn, an autobiographical metaphysical comedy about surviving childhood cancer.
