Luciana Decker
Luciana Decker was born in Bolivia in 1993 and holds a Master of Fine Arts in film from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her films delve into the spectral essence of places, objects, and matter through intimate interactions and meticulous observation. They have received national and international awards, and have been showcased at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, Locarno, Mar del Plata, FICUNAM, Open City Documentary Festival, Jeonju, Torino, Frontera Sur, and others. In 2024, Decker was awarded an artist residency at Gasworks (England).
