Antoine Bourges is a Paris-born filmmaker whose work blends documentary and fiction, often examining human relationships within institutional settings. His films, including East Hastings Pharmacy (2012), Fail to Appear (2017), and Concrete Valley (2022) have screened at festivals including the Berlinale, TIFF, the Viennale, BAFICI, and Art of the Real, and have been released theatrically in Canada and internationally. In 2024, Bourges’s work was the subject of a retrospective at New York’s Metrograph Cinema.
